About Me

Hi, I'm Kitty Robinson & I'm really glad you're here.

There's probably laundry on the couch and I'm still in my workout clothes!

I encourage wellness but I certainly don't have it all figured out. So, push the pile of clothes over a bit and let's get to know each other. 

I'll go first: I've been married to my high school sweetheart for nearly three decades and together we have 8 children. It all sounds so wonderful, doesn't it?


Don't be fooled... we have our share of struggles, the least of which are my congenital heart & brain defects that both required major surgeries.


That's why we need wellness.


Life can throw some pretty fast curve balls and there's so much we can't control. What we can control though, is:

  • Connection: our connection to God & others

  • Movement: making sure we work with the design of our bodies to get daily movement

  • Food: eating clean by choosing foods that have been minimally processed so we feel our best

  • The 4 S's: sleep, sunshine, smiling, & service (yup, helping others impacts our wellness, too!)

  • Pursuing Passion: finding what makes you feel alive and pursuing it

That may seem like a lot, and it can be, but believe me a Wellness Way of life is worth it! Through The Wellness Way Collaborative, I help others on their path to wellness through:
