Already have your training plan but need someone in your corner checking in on you and encouraging you along the way? That's what I'm here for! I also provide expert feedback and insight when life throws a wrench into your plans and you need some guidance on how to rearrange your training so you don't have to figure it out alone.
What I Offer
My accountability support costs $45 per month and includes the following to help you succeed!
Accountability
I provide unlimited support for you on your wellness journey through texts and email and am available for weekly or monthly phone calls.
Check-ins
With check-ins from me at least once each week (usually more:), you'll receive the motivation you need to keep your eyes on the road ahead.
Class Discounts
As my client, you'll also receive discounts to my books, classes, and events.
